Just want to say a massive thank you! Rob was amazing, it was brilliant! He got everyone going and everyone is talking about how good he was I did this as a surprise for my new wife and she along with everyone else loved it can't thank VOX enough for been part of our big day. This is a surprise, so the fewer people who know, the better! If it’s a surprise for specific guests, ensure the venue and caterer are also in on the secret.
We have a few tricks for the big reveal! We’re also happy to collaborate with you to incorporate any ideas you have for the surprise.
Yes, we’ll coordinate with your venue to finalize arrival, setup, and performance details, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Sit back and relax! We’ll contact you a month before your event to send your final balance invoice and confirm the final details. We’ll coordinate with your venue a week before the big day.
We provide all necessary equipment, including a PA system with radio mics. Our performers are fully insured, and all equipment is PAT-tested.
The deposit is 25% of your chosen package. The final balance is due 30 days before your event. We also offer a monthly payment plan at no extra cost.
Yes, you can request specific performers based on availability. However, this cannot be guaranteed in cases of illness, etc. Rest assured, you’ll receive an unforgettable performance no matter who attends.
We cover the entire UK, Europe, and beyond. We’re happy to travel for your event!
We’ll do our best to match the venue’s staff uniform. We typically bring black trousers, shirts, waistcoats, ties, and aprons, but we can borrow branded items if needed and will arrange this with your venue.
We’ll arrive about 90 minutes before our start time. If your timings change, just let us know.
We recommend starting as waiters at the same time as your venue’s real waiting team. The performance works best when the guests have been seated and engaged with food and drink.
